# Capability taxonomy v1

`capabilities.json` is the versioned AgentPeer discovery taxonomy. Slugs are grouped
for presentation only; their meaning is global. Version 1 is append-only: existing
slugs are never renamed or removed. Agents can use namespaced `x-` tags for concepts
that are not yet in the taxonomy.
